Service and staff are definitely up to the standard of a luxury hotel; given the test & go scheme, the check in process is quite smooth; staffs are always ready to answer questions. Location is defnitely excellent, very close to the shopping area and BTS.

What I love about this hotel is, it is very clean, spacious, elegant, impressive automated system within the room, great location and short walking distance to Rachadamri and slightly afar Chidlom BTS. Also short walking distance to Central World and Big C. Staff are very polite, helpful and with initiative to help us carry our luggage from afar. Other than that, I love their massage so much that I even fall asleep which is the way I personally rate masseur. Breakfast is great and plenty of choices to begin with and we also have different fruits daily in our room. I would love to return to stay again in the future.

The room was insane, we loved everything from the smell when you enter through the lobby to the staff who are always ready to help you. The location was amazing since it’s located next to the malls where we can just walk to and avoid the crazy traffic. We loved the room amenities, bathrobes, bed and features like a smart toilet. Also we enjoyed signature cocktails at the loft bar at 56th floor. Amazing view and atmosphere.

literally EVERYTHING .. the staff kept welcoming us everytime they see us plus they were very helpful even when we tried to book a plane. Everytime we walked in to the room and toilet we find it super clean They have one of the best breakfast in town .. that you should'nt miss The interior is so modern .. lobby is full of natural light due to the floor to ceiling windows Location is EXCELLENT its near everything malls and other hotels by walk

the room to the location was amazing, you wouldn’t need a taxi honestly as you got almost 3 super malls right next to the hotel. I loved everything about the property - the loft is sensational and great vibes! I’ll stay here again for sure! Oh and don’t forget the toilet seat warmers 🤩

Breakfast and room was amazing...loved the little touches like young coconut welcome drink and nice toileteries. The staff at the entrance was very helpful organising our transport and even tried to haggle us a better price with the taxis.

The breakfast is exceptional, in my opinion. The pool allows a nice view on a park and sunset. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is within walking distance to some major shopping malls. Public transport is close by.
